Event Description
The First Drill is a practical beginner-friendly signage workshop designed to give attendees a clearer understanding of the signage industry, the language used and the key things they need to know when working with signs.
The session starts with an introduction to Make it Happen, the aims of the workshop and what it really means to work in signage. Attendees will then move through the essentials, including artwork, media, materials, products, installation, fixings, illumination, POS and architectural signage.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a stronger understanding of signage basics and feel more confident when talking about products, processes and project requirements.
