Having attended every previous Make It Happen course a few years ago, I found huge value in returning for the 'On the Frontline' day with Sam and Libby.

The session didn't disappoint. Sam is a master at engaging the whole room, effortlessly bridging the gap between beginners to the sign industry (3 weeks in) and oldies like me (nearly 30 years). The day was jam packed with ideas and knowledge to help continue progressing in the industry.

I attended the Signage Bootcamp and was thoroughly impressed with how well organised and informative it was.

Having worked in the industry for over 20yrs I was somewhat sceptical about whether I would learn anything new, however I would thoroughly recommend to anyone, no matter their experience, to attend this course.

As someone new to the sign making industry this course helped provide a detailed overview covering materials, fixings, illuminated and built up letters as well as more specialist information around sustainability and how to make informed design decisions. Workshop offered an in-depth intro into signage and Sam even managed to to tailor the content for the business interest of me and the other attendees, which I found incredibly useful. The session was both informative and engaging, providing a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in Signage production.

Experiencing the manufacturing procedures firsthand and getting some hands-on experience was incredibly beneficial. Sam's expertise and engaging delivery made the seminar clear and professional.

I did the frontline course thinking I’d not get much out of it but I really did. It’s done in a collaborative way so you can share ideas and experiences with like minded people so learn from each other. As someone who is knew to the Signage Industry - this course blew my mind in all the best ways! Sam is incredibly knowledgable and made everything so clear to me throughout the two days. A real inspiration for where I could be in years to come.

A big thank you to Sam and everyone at Signfab. It was a very informative and engaging workshop. We came out of there a lot more in touch with the processes involved. It was beneficial to see the manufacturing processes up close and get some hands on experience.

The whole day was fun and very informative with a good balance of digital to practical working to see samples and examples in person, I would recommend anyone who's a beginner or with good knowledge as there is so much to learn.
